Properties and stability
Irritating to eyes, skin and respiratory tract. Production equipment must be sealed and operators should wear labor protection supplies. Maintain good ventilation in the workshop.
Storage method
1. This product is toxic and is packed in plastic-lined barrels. Protect from moisture, heat and sun, and store in a cool, ventilated and dry place.
2. Store and transport according to the regulations on toxic chemicals.
Synthesis method
1. Obtained from chlorosulfonation and condensation of p-chlorobenzene sulfonic acid. 1. Stir and react dry p-chlorobenzenesulfonic acid and chlorosulfonic acid at 55-60°C for 1.5-2h. The reactants were added dropwise to cold water, and water precipitation was carried out at 25-35°C. Filter the precipitated product to obtain p-chlorobenzenesulfonyl chloride wet product. Heat the wet product to 55-60°C to melt and let it stand to separate out p-chlorobenzenesulfonyl chloride with a content of more than 96%. 2. Condensation: Add molten p-chlorobenzenesulfonyl chloride to the condensation pot, add aluminum trichloride, add benzene dropwise at 60-70°C, complete the addition, and react at 90-95°C for 1 hour. Add the condensation liquid to 3-4% dilute hydrochloric acid for water precipitation, filter, wash with water until neutral, and dry to obtain a product with a content of 95%. Raw material consumption quota: p-chlorobenzenesulfonic acid (92%) 1200kg/t, chlorosulfonic acid 1250kg/t, benzene 355kg/t.
Purpose
Effective against adult mites and mite eggs. It can prevent and control various mites in cotton, fruit trees, vegetables and other crops. It is also good against bee parasitic mites. The prevention and control effect. The usage concentration is 0.09%. Effective on both adult mites and mite eggs. Acaricides are less effective against pests.
