Momentive’s Niax™ catalyst A-107 is an amine catalyst for the water/isocyanate (foaming) reaction. This catalyst delays the start of the reaction, allowing higher concentrations to be used and a corresponding reduction in release time, but with excellent curing results. The longer reaction delay provides sufficient time for the blended foam components to flow and fill the mold cavity. In addition, it imparts good open-cell properties to the foam component without adversely affecting the physical properties of the foam. 1.33 parts of Niax™ Catalyst A-107 are used per 1 part of Niax Catalyst A-1. This replacement level provides a similar rise time to Niax Catalyst A-1, but with a much slower creaming time of approximately 20%.

Catalyst Niax A-33 is a 33% solution of triethylenediamine in dipropylene glycol, also known as polyurethane catalyst A33, A-33, 33-LV, 33LV, Dabco 33LV, Niax A-33, Jeffcat TD-33A, Lupragen N201, Tegoamin 33, PC CAT TD33, Addocat 105, TEDA L33 is suitable for all types of polyurethane foam manufacturing. The industry standard product, commonly referred to in China as Catalyst A33 or A-33, is a unique chemical structure of triethylenediamine, a cage-like compound with three ethylenes attached to two nitrogen atoms. The structure of this bimolecule is very dense and symmetric. As can be seen from the structural formula, there is no substituent with a large site resistance on the N atom, and its pair of vacant electrons is easily accessible. In the foaming system, once the carbamate bond is created, it will be free to facilitate further catalysis. Momentive’s A-31 catalyst is a liquid, low-odor, water-soluble tertiary amine composition for the production of flexible polyester polyurethane foams. Niax Foam™ Catalyst A-31 exhibits significantly lower odor levels than those prepared with high-odor conventional ester foam catalysts such as N-ethylmorpholine, N-methylmorpholine or dimethylbenzylamine. Niax Catalyst A-30 additive is a liquid, water-soluble tertiary amine catalyst that promotes the efficient reaction of water with isocyanates in the production of flexible polyester polyurethane foams.

Niax Catalyst A-30 is a liquid, low odor, water-soluble tertiary amine specifically designed to be used in the production of flexible polyester polyurethane foams.

Foams made with Niax Catalyst A-30 exhibit significantly lower odor than those made with conventional ester foam catalysts with strong odor, such as N-methylmorpholine, N-ethylmorpholine or dimethylbenzylamine.

Niax Catalyst A-30 active catalysts allow the use of much lower grades than NEM, NMM or dimethylbenzylamine.

Niax Catalyst A-1 is an effective amine catalyst for polyurethane foams, capable of facilitating chemical reactions alone or as part of an amine catalyst system. It contains 70% bis(2-dimethylaminoethyl) ether, one of the most active catalysts used in the industry today.Niax Catalyst A-1 is highly efficient in facilitating the basic chemical reactions of polyols with isocyanates and water with isocyanates, improving the polyether foaming process for high density unfilled foams, filled foams, high load bearing soft foams, low density foams and high density foams. -Elastic molded foam.

Niax catalyst A-1 increases the specific rate constant of the chemical reaction between polyol and isocyanate by 10% compared to the second most reactive amine (a mixture of triethylenediamine).
