Operating Rules
Save conditions
CORONATE HXR-90B should always be stored in a closed container at room temperature . Because it reacts easily with active hydrogen groups, contact with moisture in the air should be avoided. For long-term storage, it should be stored indoors at room temperature (15 – 25C).
When using
If the NCO group in this product reacts with water, it will form Some insoluble substances such as urea group and CO₂ gas will cause the pressure in the closed container to increase and cause the container to expand.
Be careful when handling this product or emptying the raw material barrel. Avoid moisture contamination. The operation of transferring raw materials to containers must also be carried out in a dry environment, and the containers must be filled with nitrogen before sealing.
When diluting
When diluting this product, solvents with low water content should be used as much as possible , and care should be taken to avoid contact with moisture during dilution operations. Dilution operations must be performed in a dry environment.
