Features

Application
Non-yellowing paint produced by mixing CORONATE HXR with acrylic polyols It has good weather resistance and UV resistance, so it can maintain the original color of the paint for a long time. This two-component paint is ideal for automotive surface coatings and other industrial applications. It forms a two-component coating with alkyd resin and can be used in woodworking applications.

Solubility
CORONATE HXR can be dissolved in most esters and aromatic hydroxyls in solvent. For example: butyl acetate, butyl acetate, toluene, xylene, etc. But aliphatic solvents are not suitable for isocyanates.

Operating Rules

Save conditions
CORONATE HXR should always be stored in a closed container at room temperature. Because it reacts easily with active hydrogen groups, contact with moisture in the air should be avoided. For long-term storage, it should be stored indoors at room temperature (15 – 25C).
When using
If the NCO group in this product reacts with water, it will form Some insoluble substances such as urea group and CO₂ gas will cause the pressure in the closed container to increase and cause the container to expand. In this article When removing products or emptying raw material barrels, care should be taken to avoid moisture contamination. The operation of transferring raw materials to containers must also be carried out in a dry environment, and the containers must be filled with nitrogen before sealing.
When diluting
When diluting this product, solvents with low water content should be used as much as possible , and care should be taken to avoid contact with moisture during dilution operations. Dilution operations must be performed in a dry environment.

Please refer to the MSDS safety instructions for proper use and operation before using this product. This product is flammable and construction operations should be carried out in no-smoking areas. In order to prevent this product from coming into contact with skin, you should abide by safe operating rules and wear protective equipment such as protective glasses and safety gloves when using it. CORONATE HXR is mainly used for spray coating. To prevent the dust from being inhaled into the human body, please wear a gas mask or protective mask. The free isocyanate content of CORONATE HXR is less than 0.2% and will not increase after long-term storage.
