For coil coating systems, Desmodur® BL 3575/1 MPA/SN can achieve full crosslinking without catalyst addition at temperatures above 232°C.
Storage
– Store in original sealed Covestro container.
– Recommended storage temperature: 0-30°C.

General Information: Storage at higher temperatures will result in increased color and viscosity. Will result in solidification on storage at significantly lower temperatures. This curing is reversible by simply heating the product without adversely affecting product quality.
Storage time
Covestro declares that the products will conform to the specifications or values set forth in the section “Specifications or Characteristics Data” for a period of nine months after one day for shipment as specified in the shipping documents. The above, applies so long as the product is in full compliance with the storage conditions stated and referenced in the “Storage” section above, and is otherwise properly handled. Failure during the nine-month period does not necessarily mean that the product no longer meets specifications or settings value. However, before using the above products, Covestro recommends testing whether such products still exist to meet specifications or set values. Covestro does not make any representations about a product after the nine-month period has expired. Covestro Xtron is not responsible or liable for meeting specifications or set value after the nine-month period.
Labeling and Legal Requirements
This product data sheet is only used in conjunction with the latest version of the corresponding safety data sheet.
