2. Biodegradability[19]
Aerobic biodegradation (h): 168~672
Anaerobic biodegradation (h): 672~2It is connected to dyes such as sunfast black G and used as fur dye. In Japan, m-phenylenediamine consumed by azo dyes accounts for 90% of the total consumption. It is also used as a setting accelerator for cement, and used in hair dye, mordant, developer, etc.
2. This product is used as epoxy resin curing agent. Curing conditions are 80~90℃/30min+150℃/1~2h. Mainly used in laminated products, cast products and adhesives, etc. The dosage of liquid epoxy resin is 14 to 16 parts. The cured product has excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, and electrical properties, and can maintain these properties even at high temperatures. This product is an intermediate of azo dyes and oxazine dyes, and is used as a coagulant for fur dyes and cement.
3. Used as high temperature resistant curing agent for epoxy resin, curing conditions are 80℃/2h+150℃/2h, reference dosage is 14-16 parts by mass. Generally, it is melted first to make a supercooled liquid, which is easy to mix evenly with epoxy resin. Meta-phenylenediamine turns brown-black and has basically no effect on the curing of epoxy resin, and the cured product is darker in color. It has good heat resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance. The heat distortion temperature is 150~155℃, and it can be used for a long time at 150℃. It is also used in the manufacture of azo dyes, oxazine dyes and reactive dyes, as well as cement accelerators, petroleum additives and raw materials for the manufacture of pharmaceuticals.
4. Used as a reagent for the photometric determination of nitrite and active chlorine in water.
5. Used as dye intermediate, curing agent for epoxy resin and coagulant for cement. [27]
