Storage method
Stored in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources. should be kept away from oxidizer, do not store together. Equipped with the appropriate variety and quantity of fire equipment. The storage area should be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment
and suitable containment materials.
Synthesis method
It is derived from the condensation of benzyl chloride and aniline. Mix sodium bicarbonate, water and aniline, stir and heat until 90-95℃, slowly add benzyl chloride. in90-95℃reaction3h. Cool and filter. The filtrate was separated into layers, and the organic layer was washed with saturated brine and dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate. Then distill under reduced pressure and collect 81℃(1.6kPa) distillate is used to recover aniline,170-190℃ (1.6kPa) The fraction is cooled and solidified to obtain Benzylaniline. Petroleum ether can be used for recrystallization during refining. Yield80%Above.
Purpose
Used for determination of sulfonic acid and organic synthesis.
