Precautions for use

· Wear gloves and safety goggles when handling Polycat 12.

· Keep Polycat 12 away from heat and open flames.

· If swallowed, do not try to induce vomiting. Call poison control immediately.

Similarities and differences with similar products

Polycat 12 is similar to other tertiary amine catalysts, such as Polycat 33 and Polycat 8. However, Polycat 12 is a weaker catalyst than Polycat 33 and Polycat 8. This means that foam curing takes longer when Polycat 12 is used. Polycat 12 is also less effective at producing high-density foam. However, Polycat 12 is less corrosive to metals than Polycat 33 and Polycat 8.

Overall, Polycat 12 is ideal for applications that require low-odor catalysts and do not require fast curing times.

After the original packaging, please fasten the packaging cover as soon as possible to prevent moisture and other substances from mixing and affecting the product performance. Do not inhale dust and avoid contact between skin and mucous membrane. Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in the workplace. Shower and change after work. Store contaminated clothes separately and use them after washing. Practice good hygiene.
